By accessing or using leanDeals ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

leanDeals is a cloud-based CRM software provided as a subscription service for small businesses and teams.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment processor. Prices may change with 60 days notice.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded to the free plan unless you subscribe.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for illegal activities.

7. Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

leanDeals is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
